DAVID M. BANK -- After undergraduate work in electronics engineering at Pennsylvania State University, and a three year enlistment in the United States Army (USASA), Mr. Bank began his real estate career in the City of Philadelphia. During this time, he honed his skills in the fields of finance, marketing and real property development. Being adept in these areas, he taught real estate finance and other pre-licensure courses at the Abington campus of the Pennsylvania State University. In 1972, he joined Albert M Greenfield & Co., Inc., and rose to Vice President of the prestigious Philadelphia firm, with responsibilities central to the Company’s Commercial Division
During his tenure at the Greenfield Company, he initiated and directed vast numbers of office and retail leases as well as raw land sales and development . His department spurred the growth of many national, regional and local companies by securing, for them, the most prominent sites in the Philadelphia five county marketplace.
In 1984, he established DAVID M. BANK REAL ESTATE, with the mission of providing the finest and most extensive array of professional services to the commercial/retail community. In this continuing endeavor, the company has earned the respect of the local business community, with which it has dealt as well as the various other professionals engaged in the practice of commercial real estate.
MARC S. BANK -- A graduate of Temple University, in Philadelphia, Pa., with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marc offers nearly twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience .
He has represented owners, tenants, buyers and developers in the most complex transactions. His ability to organize and enact a marketing strategy and then usher the resulting transaction through the intricacies of zoning, finance and final settlement, is second to none. His success, while representing national drug store chains in their site selection process and their acquisition of independent retail pharmacies, is a tribute to his business savvy and knowledge of the real estate marketplace and its allied fields.
His professional affiliations and designations include, The National Association of Real Estate Boards, The Pennsylvania Association of Real Estate Boards, State of Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License, Active member of Tri-state Board of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate. He is a permanent board member of Golden Slipper Charities and an active participant in many local and community organizations.
